Resolution envisages the voting during the sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding the bills reg.№№ 4762, 5062, 5091-1, 5091-2, 5091-3 after the scrutiny is held through the personal open vote by lifting up the hand. The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in alphabetic order calls the names of each deputy. Each People´s Deputy if he votes "for" lifts the hand up, if he votes "against" or "abstains from voting" does not lift the hand up, announce their declaration of intent. Returning Board calculates the numbers of votes and informs the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the results of the voting regarding each of the Bills.
